Depending on how you use Minha, we may collect:

Account Information

When you sign in using Google or Sign in with Apple, we receive basic account information such as:

• Name (if provided)

• Unique account identifier

We do not receive your password.

Content You Save

When you use Minha, we store content you intentionally choose to save, including:

• Video or media links
• AI-generated summaries
• Generated titles
• Generated key topics
• Generated transcripts (where available)
• Personal notes you create
• Library organization and tags

Subscription Information

If you purchase Minha Premium, we receive subscription status from RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play.

We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Usage Information

To improve the reliability of Minha, we may collect limited technical information such as:

• App version
• Device type
• Operating system
• Crash reports
• Anonymous usage analytics

This information is used only to improve the app.

How We Use Your Information

AI Processing

To provide Minha’s core features, selected content may be securely processed by AI services.

AI-generated content is used to produce:

• Summaries

• Key topics
• Other AI-assisted features available within the app

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

Third-Party Services

Minha relies on trusted third-party services to operate.

These include:

• Supabase (authentication and database)
• Supadata (transcript extraction)
• Google Gemini models (or successor models) (AI processing)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Apple
• Google

Each provider processes information according to its own privacy practices.

Data Retention

Your data remains in your account until you choose to delete it.

If you delete your account:

• Your library is permanently deleted.
• Your notes are permanently deleted.
• Your saved links are permanently deleted.
• Your AI-generated summaries are permanently deleted.

Deleted data cannot be restored.

Your Rights

You may:

• Delete your account at any time
• Request deletion of your data
• Restore eligible subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play
• Contact us regarding privacy questions

Children’s Privacy

Minha is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
