These Terms govern your use of the Minha mobile application and website.

By using Minha, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Minha helps users preserve meaningful lectures by transforming shared media into searchable summaries, transcripts, notes, and personal libraries.

Minha is designed as a personal knowledge companion for learning and reflection.

Accounts

You may sign in using:

• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.

If you lose access to your account, we may not be able to recover your library.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Minha for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Reverse engineer the application
• Upload malicious content
• Abuse automated systems or bots

AI-Generated Content

Minha uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating summaries, titles, transcripts, and other insights.

AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies.

Whenever accuracy is important, users should refer to the original lecture or source material.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of:

• Your personal notes
• Your saved collections
• Content you create within Minha

Original lectures, videos, and media remain the property of their respective creators and copyright holders.

The Minha application, branding, design, software, and related intellectual property belong to Minha.

Subscriptions

Minha Premium is available through:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Yearly subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time.

Deleting your account permanently removes your library and associated data.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

Minha is intended to help organize, preserve, and revisit knowledge.

AI-generated summaries are educational tools and should not be considered authoritative interpretations, religious rulings (fatwas), legal advice, medical advice, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

Minha is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

• AI inaccuracies
• Service interruptions
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party platform outages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Minha after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
